Insomnia is defined as a persistent disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep or both, despite the opportunity for adequate sleep. This inability to sleep leaves you feeling extremely tired and often unable to function during the day.  You may find short term relief in caffeine or energy drinks however long term these will simply make your insomnia worse.  It can be hard for others to understand how difficult lack of sleep can affect every aspect of your life including your concentration, your mood, your health, your skin, your appetite and your relationships.

The Sleep Health programme is designed to help you improve your sleep levels simply and easily.  By looking at what is happening within your body and systems we can discuss the best plan for you and how it can fit easily into your life.

I will help you discover which foods work the best for your body and which are the foods to avoid.  We will at practical and straightforward strategies to being calmness to your body and mind and allow you to gain a good nights sleep and live an energised life ….on your terms.

There are 2 options for you to chose from depending the amount of support you wish to gain from me personally.

Option 1 – This is good for those who are able to keep themselves on track and stay motivated.

This option includes:
  • A full consultation to allow me to discover how best to guide and support you.
  • A 20 minute Skype/telephone call with me every 2 weeks to help keep you on track.  Calls may include answering any questions you have, tweaking your eating plan if needed or going through techniques and strategies to help keep you motivated and focused on going forward.
  • Individualised eating guidance including example menu planners and shopping lists.
  • Relevant supplements which may be required to help ‘plug’ any nutritional gaps (a 3 month supply is included within the fee).
  • Easy and quick recipes.
  • Regular email support and motivation from me.

Fee – £325 or £116 a month x 3 months.

Option 2 – This is the option for you if you are thrown off track easily and feel as if you need help to stay on track and motivated.

This option includes:
  • A full consultation to allow me to discover how best to guide and support you.
  • A 20 minute Skype/telephone call with me every week to help keep you on track.  Calls may include answering any questions you have, tweaking your eating plan if needed or going through techniques and strategies to help keep you motivated and focused on going forward.
  • Individualised eating guidance including example menu planners and shopping lists.
  • Relevant supplements which may be required to help ‘plug’ any nutritional gaps (a 3 month supply is included within the fee).
  • Easy and quick recipes.
  • Regular email support and motivation from me.

Fee – £425 or £141 a month x 3 months.
